Led by our team of cohousing professionals, it will equip the group with the essential tools and knowledge needed to make informed decisions about your community's future.

Over its course, we'll explore the technical aspects of development, analyze specific site considerations, and dive deep into the practical elements of bringing your cohousing dreams to life. Expert presentations and interactive exercises, you'll gain clarity on financing options, ownership structures, and the development process. This workshop has been the launching pad for numerous successful cohousing communities, and represents the first formal step in the group moving its vision to reality.
